Resignation of the Chairman Joseph Brandon

Investor Warren Buffet's holding, Berkshire Hathaway, has announced the resignation of the Chairman of its reinsurance subsidiary General Re, Joseph Brandon in duty since 2001. This departure is linked to prosecution threats for fraud against former leaders of General Re suspected of secret commission deals with the insurer AIG.
