Restructuring of GIE Axa

Axa plans to review the structure that includes all of its transverse activities. GIE AXA, composed of around 800 employees based at the head office in Paris, oversees all of the group's common activities. Nearly 102 jobs will be cut, while another 150 will be created.

The first French insurer wishes to finalize this restructuring before the end of the first quarter of 2018.
