Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company (BKIC) has reported 2.51 million BHD (6.67 million USD) in net profits in 2005 against 1.63 million BHD (4.3 million USD) in 2004, that is, a 54% increase. The volume of gross premiums amounts to 22.4 million BHD (59.6 million USD) against 18.3 million BHD (48.6 million USD) in 2004, that is, a 22% increase. The company has adopted a triennial strategic plan with a view of expanding on the regional market, developing its current portfolio and diversifying of the range of its products.
