Results of Doha Insurance, Arab Orient Insurance and Al Sagr National Insurance

Doha Insurance Company has announced a 2005 net profit worth 42.20 million AED (11.5 million USD) against 27.63 million AED (7.5 million USD) in 2004, that is, a 52% growth.

Arab Orient Insurance has reported a 2005 net profit worth 73 million AED (19.9 million USD), that is, a rise of 46% in comparison with 2004. The premiums volume, which grew from 302 million AED (82.2 million USD) in 2004 to 391 million AED (106.4 million USD) in 2005, have risen by 30%. The company is planning to raise its paid capital from 100 to 150 million AED (from 27.2 to 40.8 million USD).

Al Saqr National Insurance Company has reported a 2005 record net profit worth 171.748 million AED (46.7 million USD) against 81.45 million AED (22.2 million USD) in 2004.
