RMA launches a motor claims management center in Morocco

RMAThe Royale Marocaine d'Assurance (RMA) has opened a motor claims management center in the Kingdom.

The new project, called RMA Services, aims to facilitate the claims management process by offering a single point of contact. The goal is to bring together in one place all the parties involved in the repair process.

The operation is carried out in five stages:

  • welcoming the insured in the center and meeting with an advisor
  • explanation of the procedure to be followed and contractual coverage provided
  • assessment of the car and determining the time and cost of repairs
  • provision of a replacement engine, if the insured's coverage so provides
  • management of the repair of the damaged vehicle

The new service is currently available in Casablanca. It will soon be extended to other cities in the country.
