RSA completes the sale of its activities

RSARoyal & Sun Alliance (RSA) has finalized the sale of some of its activities to the Canadian financial group Intact Financial Corporation and the Danish insurer Tryg. The transaction amounts to 7.2 billion GBP (9.5 billion USD).

Tryg now owns the Swedish and Norwegian activities of the British insurer. Intact holds the Canadian and British ones. The two companies shall jointly control RSA's activities in Denmark.
