Saham Assurance getting closer to its customers

The required documents to subscribe or manage a motor insurance contract at Saham Assurance are henceforth available in Arab language. This initiative will allow a better accessibility to the people who do not understand French, a language commonly used in the Moroccan insurance sector.

Another innovation, Saham has launched an unique number (3434) dedicated to the insured of motor insurance and allowing them to notify the losses, claim assitance or ask for any other information.

These initiatives go hand in hand with a communication campaign in Moroccan dialect having the objective of raising awareness among the general public of the insurance concept and advantages.
