Saham Assurance is designing a new motor service

Saham Assurance is offering its motor-insured customers a new service called “Check Auto Ja Laandek”. This offer allows to save substantial amount of time during claim settlements.

Following a road accident, the company dispatches an observer to the scene of the accident in order to take photographs of the damage and transfer the pictures to the company.

Saham Assurance guarantees an estimate of the damage within a maximum period of three hours after the occurrence of the event. Policyholders have the possibility to receive an SMS with information on the status and progress of their file provided that they have signed up to an additional service called “Rak 3ala Bal”.
