SCG-Ré decides to double its share capital

The Société Commerciale Gabonaise de Réassurance (SCG-Ré) has decided to increase its share capital. The latter will increase from 5 billion FCFA (8.36 million USD) to 10 billion FCFA (16.7 million USD) by 2022.

With an initial capital of 2 billion FCFA (3.9 millions USD), the Gabonese national reinsurer started its activities in 2012.
The company's board of directors proceeded, two years later, to a first capital increase at 5 billion FCFA.
