SCG-Ré to set up a five-year strategic plan (2021-2025)

The “Société Commerciale Gabonaise de Réassurance” (SCG-Ré) has implemented its new five-year strategic development plan (2021-2025).

Through this roadmap, SCG-Ré aims to develop its portfolio and strengthen its presence on the continent while prioritizing the local market and neighbouring countries.

Being the only professional reinsurer in Central Africa, the company also intends, to gradually extend its activities to the rest of the countries in the CIMA zone and in East and North Africa.

SCG-Ré representatives have recently completed the first round of visits to Cameroon, Congo (Brazzaville) and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Other visits to West Africa and the Great Lakes are planned.
