School bus accident in Switzerland, AG Insurance Company involved

The March 13 Belgian bus accident in Sierre, Switzerland claimed the lives of 28 people, 22 of whom were children. The Belgian insurer AG Insurance is covering the third party liability of the cars company Toptours involved in this tragedy. AG Insurance representatives have already made it clear that the overall indemnifications of the people involved will be carried out on the case-per-case basis, after submitting an offer to each family. A coverage sum up to 100 million EUR (133 million USD) per accident is provided for by the insurance policy. However, the estimate of total coast remains difficult to establish.
