France: SCOR 2016 Actuarial Awards

Each year since 1996, the French insurer SCOR rewards the best research work in the actuarial field. Funded by the SCOR Foundation for Science, this competition aims to promote actuarial science and encourage innovation in this area.

For the 2016 edition, SCOR Actuarial Awards were awarded in six countries:

  • Tove Brickner from Sweden
  • Daniela Selch, Jochen Wieland and Maria Kiseleva from Germany
  • Jean-Philippe Boucher, Steven Coté, Montserrat Guillén and Ana María Pérez-Marín from Spain
  • Valentin Erismann and Chen Yongqing from the United Kingdom
  • Alexandre Boumezoued and Samir Itji from France
  • Edoardo Glauco Luini and Marco Tumia from Italy
