Scor and Covéa struggle to find an amicable solution

The conflict opposing SCOR and Covéa is still standing before court. The mediation initiated under the supervision of the authority of prudential supervision and resolution (ACPR) was proved unsuccessful.

Covéa’s CEO shall stand before the Correctional Tribunal of Paris on Monday the 24th of June for “breach of trust”. Covéa is sued for "concealing a breach of trust".

The dispute has been opposing the two parties since the end of 2018, stems from Covéa’s attempt to buy Scor. A proposal that has gone to court.
