Scor closes the World Trade Center case

Following the verdict pronounced by the arbitration commission, formed to settle definitively, the 9/11, 2001 claim Scor and its retrocessionnaires will have to pay an additional cost estimated at 39 million EUR (55.8 million USD) net of retrocession. The French reinsurer has already stated that such cost will in no way change its profitability objective, nor will it alter its dividend distribution policy or its financial situation.
