SCOR Global P&C: new appointments
SCOR Global P&C has announced new appointments concerning the Reinsurance and the Specialty insurance activities.
Following the assignment of Jean-Paul Conoscente as general manager of SCOR Global P&C, Michel Blanc was promoted CEO of the Reinsurance activity.
Christoph Spichtig was appointed as general manager for the Asian-Pacific region in replacement of Michel Blanc. Eric Jenck was nominated regional underwriting manager for Asia-Pacific.
These changes shall come into force starting from April 1st, 2019.
Multiple appointments are also announced for the specialty insurance activity.
Stuart McMurdo was promoted as general manager of the specialty insurance activities of SCOR in the EMEA region (Europe Middle East & Africa).S. McMurdo still holds his position as general manager of SCOR UK and of Channel Syndicate, a syndicate of SCOR at Lloyd’s.
As for Fabio Pinho, he becomes the general manager of specialty insurance activity of SCOR Global in Latin America. F. Pinho is still the head of the Bresilian company Essor and will also be in charge of SCOR Business Solutions Latin America.
The appointments in the specialty insurance activity shall come into effect on September 1st, 2019.
Pierre Favennec was also promoted as strategy and development manager of SCOR Global P&C, under the direct responsibility of Jean-Paul Conoscente.
