SCOR: no distribution of dividends for the 2019 fiscal year

In its meeting of 25 May 2020, the SCOR SE board of directors recommended the group's general assembly not to vote on the distribution of dividends for the 2019 fiscal year.

This decision was taken upon the recommendations of the insurance supervisory authorities of Brussels and Paris. The shareholders' general assembly, which was initially scheduled to be held on 17 April 2020, has been postponed to 16 June 2020 due to COVID-19 outbreak.

On another recommendation, the SCOR group's CEO made a request to the members of the general assembly to have his variable salary reduced by 30% for the 2019 fiscal year.
