SCOR, success of the «Optimal Dynamics» plan

It was during its traditional annual Investor day held in early September in Paris that SCOR has presented the results of its 2013-2016 strategic plan «Optimal Dynamics» .
Two years after its implementation, the plan has met the French reinsurer's expectations. With a ROE (return on equity) higher than the 1000 basis points above the risk-free rate in the first half of 2015 and an expected solvency ratio of 204% in 2015, the group is progressing in accordance with its strategic objectives.

In non-life insurance, SCOR Global P&C is expecting a turnover of 6 billion EUR (6.7 billion USD) in 2016, which represents an average annual growth rate of 7% for 2013-2016. The combined ratio is valued at 94% for 2015 and 2016.
In life insurance, SCOR Global Life is targeting a premium income of 7.9 billion EUR (8.8 billion USD) in 2016, that is an annual average growth rate of 9% for the period considered. Technical profitability is estimated at 7%.
