Requirements :

• Diploma / B.sc Degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in insurance sales
• Preferred sales experience in general lines
• Successful sales track record
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and organizational skills with ability to multi-task and shift focus as priorities charge & a team player

Main responsibilities:

• Strive to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Market the company products and services
• Understand prospect solutions based on prospect needs
• Effectively manage and service clients to ensure needs, timelines, and expectations are met
• Build and maintain relationships and interact with clients in a professional maner
