Sompo Japan Insurance tests working at home

Nearly 1 500 employees of the Sompo Japan Insurance headquarters will be working at home during the months of July and August. This figure represents 50% of the workforce. This project is designed to save electricity and test crisis management system.

Summer is subject to power consumption peaks while an inadequate supply is threatening the capital. these employees are in charge of dispatching customers to local offices and call centers during a disaster.
