SORAS will sell 30% of its capital

Rwandan insurance company SORAS has reached an agreement with South African insurer Old Mutual and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on the acquisition of 30% of its capital. The breakdown of the 30% between African-British insurer and IFC has not been disclosed so far. IFC is a subsidiary of the World Bank whose work is focusing on the private sector.
