Standard & Poor's maintains Scor's 'AA-' rating

Good news for Scor on the eve of the 2019 renewals. Standard & Poor's (S&P) has confirmed the (AA-) rating of financial solidity with a stable outlook attributed to the 5th largest insurer worldwide. This assessment has been welcomed by the group.

S&P justifies this result by the French reinsurer’s high solvency, its excellent positioning on the American market, its financial flexibility and its high level of risk management.

According to Denis Kessler, CEO of the group, this rating reflects the success of Scor's strategy as an independent and international reinsurer.
