STAR Assurances: dividend distribution

The Board of Directors of the Société Tunisienne d'Assurances et de Réassurances (STAR), during its meeting held on 16 March 2021, has suggested to the shareholders the distribution of a dividend of 2.84 TND (1.04 USD) per share for the financial year 2020 against 3.82 TND (1.36 USD) in 2019.

This proposal will be submitted to the Ordinary General Assembly scheduled for 29 April 2021.
