STAR : distribution of a dividend of 3.65 TND per share

The Ordinary General Meeting of the Société Tunisienne d'Assurances et de Réassurances (STAR) will be held on 12 May 2022.

During this meeting, the Board of Directors will propose to the shareholders the distribution of a dividend of 3.65 TND (1.26 USD) per share for the year 2021.

For the record, the Tunisian insurer has closed the year 2021 with a net profit of 21.1 million TND (7.3 million USD), which has increased by 28% over a year. The turnover has grown by 1.9% to reach 368 million TND (127.7 million USD).
