Strategic partnership between Sanlam and Thebe Investment

Sanlam Limited and Thebe Investment Corporation (Thebe) companies have announced the achievement of a strategic partnership agreement. The accord stipulates that Sanlam Life should acquire 55% of Safrican’s stakes (Thebe’s life subsidiary). The distribution network will be entrusted to a new company called Thebe Community Financial Services (TCFS), 70% of whose capital will be held by Thebe and 30% by Sanlam Independent Financial Services.
