Takeover rumors on Swiss Life

The shares of Switzerland's number one life insurer have experienced high exchange volume, well above the average standards following rumors relative to its takeover by Allianz. According to information site Wansquare, citing Swiss banking sources, Allianz would be about to launch a takeover tender on the basis of 5.5 billion CHF (5.2 billion USD).
