The acquisition of the German Revios for 605 million EUR by SCOR

The acquisition of the German Revios for 605 million EUR (767.3 million USD) has boosted the French group SCOR in the pole position in Europe and in the fourth ranking worldwide in terms of life insurance. Following the drastic tri-annual restructuring plan and a capital increase of 300 million EUR (380.4 million USD), the recent acquisition of Revios enables SCOR to rebalance its portfolio and to reach a critical size.
