The BMA gives instructions to the market’s professionals

Bahrain Monetary Agency (BMA) has provided professionals with directives as to the implementation of the new insurance code – in force since May, 2005. The document is meant to ensure better protection of rights for the insured as well as the conformity of the market with international regulations.
