The Boston bombing, less than a million USD of insured damages

Risk modeling agency, Risk Management Solutions, has estimated that the damages caused by the terrorist Boston bombings last April 15 will not exceed 1 million USD to the charge of the insurers.

This figure accounts only for direct damages to property. The cost of business interruption could be much higher than this amount. This event claimed the lives of three people and injured 144 others.
