The Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion acquires 40% of Atlanta and Sanad

La Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) has acquired 40% of Atlanta and SANAD which belong to the Holmarcom Group. The purchase was concluded on September 21, 2005. The agreement also stipulates that 20% of the capital be ceded to the stock market, and this within a 15 months deadline period.
