The central bank grants license to Zurich Insurance Company

Zurich Insurance Company has obtained license from the local authorities to set up a non-life insurance company. This acquisition will allow the insurer to develop its business in the whole Gulf region from Bahrain. More than 168 companies, 18 of which takaful insurers, are operating from Bahrain.
