The Durban floods cost 71 million USD

The bad weather that has affected the southern coast of the Durban region last March 15 and 16 have caused damages whose costs amounted to 500 million ZAR (71 million USD) just for the infrastructure.

The damages sustained by personal properties are likely to reach enormous sums.
