The insurance company Microcare summoned to cease its activities

The Ugandan insurance commission has decided to close down the offices of the insurer Microcare. Previously asked to end its activities on March 31, 2009, Microcare had resorted to the Supreme Court which confirmed the decision rendered on October 22, 2009.
