The Lloyd's plans to transfer its activities within the European Union

If the United Kingdom does not negotiate its presence in the European Economic Area, the Lloyd's of London would be willing to transfer part of its activities within the European Union, said the president of the London market, John Nelson on Tuesday, September 20, 2016.

"We are preparing a contingency plan to continue to conduct our operations in Europe. It will be applied once the UK begins its exit proceedings, "he added.
Let's note that the Lloyd's generates 14% of its turnover within the European Union (2015 figures).
