The motor third party liability insurance is progressing

The project of establishing a fund designed to compensate the victims of the traffic road accidents caused unidentified motorists has been launched as of 2009. This fund will be operational as of July 2010. It shall provide the victims with a compensation that enables them to meet hospital expenses. The financing of the fund will rest on the motor third party liability premiums collected by the insurers.
