Training of the executive staff of insurance companies

The supervisory authorities (CMA) recommend that insurers devise training plans for the benefit of their executive staff. the CMA has launched a campaign for the development of the skills of its insurance executive staff members.

In early May, a memorandum of understanding was signed with State-run institution College of Banking and Financial Studies. Thanks to this partnership, Omani executives benefit from assistance in order to obtain professional qualifications at the London Chartered Insurance Institute.

Numerous other training programs will be crafted next months. Out of the 1888 staff members on the market, 1298 are Omani nationals, that is, 69% of the manpower.
