Two new appointments within AGCS in Africa and the Mediterranean

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), the Allianz Group's industrial risk insurer, is making two new appointments in management positions for the Africa and Mediterranean region (Africa, Maghreb, France, Italy and Benelux).

As of 1 October 2020, Marilyn Faugas will become Regional Head of Distribution and Jean-Baptiste Regnier Regional Head of Underwriting Property.

A graduate of the Paris 1 Insurance Institute Panthéon Sorbonne and the Centre des Hautes Etudes d'Assurances (CHEA), Mrs. Faugas began her career in 1999 as a Third Party Liability Manager with the firm Christian de Clarens. She has also held management positions at Marsh and ACE Europe.

In 2010, she joined AGCS France as Development and Customer Manager. In 2018, Mrs. Faugas was appointed Sales and Marketing Manager at AGCS France.

Jean-Baptiste Regnier is holder of a master's degree in risk management from the Ecole Normale Supérieure and an engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Bourges (ENSI).

J-B Regnier began his career in 2003 and held several senior positions with Gemalto, AXA Corporate Solutions, Marsh and AGCS France.
