UK : Insurance bosses urged to put an end to their employees misbehaviour

FCAThe Financial Conduct authority (FCA) has sent a warning letter to insurance companies' executives in the UK. The purpose is to end bad behaviour in the sector (harassment, hazing, non-financial misconduct).

The CFA has called on senior managers to combat bad behaviour, otherwise, they risk losing their jobs. The latter must also take all necessary measures to address unprofessional conduct within their companies.

The authorities' reaction follows the discovery of inappropriate behaviour within the Lloyd's in 2019.
