Zenithe Afrik-Vie: triples its capital and acquires a new name

zenithe afrik vieThe Cameroonian insurance company Zenithe Afrik-Vie jointly created by Sonam (Senegal) and Zenithe Insurance in late 2017, has tripled its capital.

The latter rose from 1 billion FCFA (1.744 million USD) to 3 billion FCFA (5.232 million USD) through the insurance issue of 200 000 shares, with an estimation of 10 000 FCFA (17.44 USD) per unit.

In addition, the board of directors has changed the name of the company to Sonam Assurances Vie Cameroun. The latter is headed by Papa Amadou Touty Diouf in substitution of Papa Ibrahim Ndao.
