ACAPS: Siham Ramli re-elected IAIS Vice-Chair

Siham Ramli, Director of Communications and International Relations at the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS), was re-elected Vice-Chair of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) on 5 December 2024.

Based in Basel, Switzerland, the IAIS is the global standards body responsible for developing and supporting the implementation of principles, standards, guidance and supporting documents for insurance supervision.

This is S. Ramli's second term of office. She will represent the Moroccan authority within the IAIS.

ACAPS has also been actively contributing to the work of the IAIS, sitting on the Executive Committee as a representative of the MENA region, and on the Audit, Risk, Implementation and Evaluation Committees.
