Alliance Assurances: dividend distribution

Alliance Assurances will distribute a dividend of 26 DZD (0.2 USD) per share for the 2025 financial year, representing a total payout of 362.2 million DZD (2.8 million USD).

Shareholders will begin receiving their dividends on 1 August 2026.

For reference, the Algerian insurer closed the 2025 financial year with turnover of 6.77 billion DZD (52 million USD) and a net profit of 611.3 million DZD (4.7 million USD).
