AM Best has confirmed the "A-" financial strength and "a-" long-term credit ratings of Liva Group, formerly known as National Life & General Insurance Company (NLGIC). The outlook remains stable.
The rating reflects the company's strong balance sheet, good operating performance, neutral business profile and appropriate enterprise risk management.
It is worth recalling that NLGIC's name change came following the finalization of the acquisition of RSA Middle East in 2022. The two entities combined their activities under the Liva brand in 2023.
