Arabia Insurance Company expands partnership with eData

Arabia Insurance Company has signed a strategic partnership with eData, a UAE-based provider of services based on artificial intelligence (AI) and Big Data for insurance companies in the MENA region.

The agreement was signed by Serge Flouty, Arabia Insurance's Senior Country Manager for the United Arab Emirates, and Pascal Persoon, founder and CEO of eData.

With this collaboration, the Lebanese insurer will now be able to integrate eData's cutting-edge technologies into its insurance operations. Subsequent phases will include the automation of initial claims notifications and AI-driven claims analysis.
