Arthur J. Gallagher & Co acquires Bridge Insurance Brokers

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co has acquired Bridge Insurance Brokers, a brokerage firm based in the UK.

Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

The existing management team, which includes CEO Roger Potts and directors Alex Cohen and Andre Backner, will remain in their positions and continue operations from the offices in Manchester and London.

Founded in 1970, Bridge specializes in the real estate, construction, commercial and personal lines sectors.
