Artificial Intelligence: Partnership between Swiss Re and OneConnect

In collaboration with OneConnect Financial Technology, a subsidiary of the Chinese insurer Ping An, Swiss Re is launching a digital solution to better manage the motor claim notifications in Europe.

Based on artificial intelligence, the new platform facilitates and accelerates motor claims settlement. In a few minutes, it can determine the most adequate repair strategy and costs. The platform is also valid for payments.

The Swiss reinsurer is planning to establish further partnerships with OneConnect to develop digital insurance solutions.
