At its meeting held on 14 March 2025, the Board of Directors of Assurances Maghrebia, the Maghrebia Group's non-life subsidiary, approved the company's financial statements for the 2024 fiscal year.
The annual net result amounted to 28.362 million TND (8.9 million USD), reflecting a 1.84% increase (in local currency) compared to the 27.849 million TND (9.1 million USD) recorded in 2023.
A dividend payment of 3.15 TND (1 USD) per share will be proposed at the upcoming Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 30 May 2025.
As a reminder, Assurances Maghrebia closed 2024 with a turnover of 272.046 million TND (85.1 million USD), marking an 8.3% growth year-on-year.
