The authorities have approved of the creation of Willis Pudong Insurance Brokers

The Chinese authorities have authorized Willis Group Holding to set up a joint venture: The Willis Pudong Insurance Brokers which will operate on the local market. Willis Group's share of the new entity's capital will be 50%.
