AXA to renew Thomas Buberl's mandate

AXA's Board of Directors has unanimously decided to propose the renewal of Thomas Buberl's mandate as Director for another four years, as well as his reappointment as Group Chief Executive Officer.

This proposal will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2026.

T. Buberl has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of AXA since 1 September 2016.
