AXA: success of Shareplan 2024

Launched in September 2024, the capital increase dedicated to AXA employees in France and abroad was successfully completed.

More than 26 000 employees from 40 countries, or approximately 22% of the global workforce, signed up for this “Shareplan 2024” employee share offering.

The total amount subscribed reached 400 million EUR (422.4 million USD), corresponding to the issue of 13 million new shares.

As a result of this operation, the French group's employees now hold 4.32% of the capital and 5.83% of the voting rights.
