Bahrain National Holding to sell its insurance subsidiaries to Solidarity

Bahrain National Holding (BNH) received, on 8 August 2024, an offer from Solidarity Group Holding to acquire 100% of its subsidiaries Bahrain National Insurance Company and Bahrain National Life Assurance Company.

The proposed purchase price for the two entities is 79 million BHD (208.3 million USD).

After careful consideration and in-depth discussions, BNH's Board of Directors has accepted Solidarity's offer.

The transaction remains subject to the approval of the relevant authorities and the signature of a definitive agreement between the two companies.
