The Banque Marocaine du Commerce Extérieur (BMCE) (the Moroccan bank of Foreign Trade) is about to cede the whole of its stakes within the group's firms to its two insurance companies Al Wataniya and RMA, whose merger – now in course- will give birth to Morocco's first insurer.
